Details on the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and S22 have been leaked: Isn’t it just a month?
It looks like the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE could be followed by the S22 series in no time flat.
— The launch dates for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 FE have been reported by tipster Jon Prosser.
— The phones are expected to be released about a month apart.
The Galaxy S22 series was expected to debut in January, in line with the Galaxy S21 series. However, we’ve heard reports that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will be released in January instead.
Jon Prosser, a frequent leaker, has now revealed what appears to be launch data for the Galaxy S21 FE and Galaxy S22 family. A debut date, pre-order information, and release dates are among the information provided.
The Galaxy S21 FE, for example, will be released on January 4, 2022, according to the informant. According to Prosser, there will be no pre-order period, and the phone will be available for purchase on January 11, 2022.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S22 series debut is set for February 8, 2022, according to the leaker. Pre-orders are expected to begin on the same day, with general sale following on February 18.
Given Prosser’s track record, we’d take his claims with a grain of salt. However, by showing the Pixel 6 design in early 2021, he has produced a huge confirmed leak this year. Real-world photographs of what’s thought to be the S22 Ultra have also been shared by the tipper.
If verified, though, the S21 FE and S22 series could launch about a month apart, which isn’t great for the S21 FE, which is believed to use older silicon. However, the FE variant should be reasonably priced when compared to the regular Galaxy S22.
What would you pay for the Galaxy S21 FE (assuming it’s simply the S20 FE with updated silicon)? Please vote in the poll below.
